Graphic designer and illustrator Irma Gruenholz worked for a long time as and art director in one of the advertising agencies in Madrid, Spain. Until she decided to change the field of activity.
That’s how was born the idea to create clay illustrations. Although initially Irma Gruenholz saw herself as an illustrator, then she decided to concentrate on physical 3D-illustrations. She uses modeling and polymer clay, which allows to show the dynamics of the illustration. It is noteworthy that all the illustrations are exclusively handmade.
