An astonishing collection of sculptures was created by the British artist Matt Buckley, who is the creative director of his father’s company Robert Harrop Designs LTD. The original forms of his works are unique.
As a material for his sculptures Matt Buckley uses acrylic resin, which is used for casting artificial marble. After the casting, the sculpture is treated with sandblasting and then coated with paint. As you may understand, Matt does not work alone. He has a studio with several artists and designers. But he brings into the project the most important thing—the idea. The roughness of the material adds racy to each sculpture and additional visual richness of texture.
