Malaysian artist-architect Hong Yi, whom we know by her food-art works, got a new hobby. Judging by her pictures on Inastagram, she started creating images from flower petals.
The most of the pictures, the main material in creation of which are flower petals, are depicting birds: parrots, flamingos, roosters, and so on. But there are also portraits of people and landscapes. It is noteworthy to say that Hong Yi senses the trends in arts and very easily passes from one to another. In every one of them, she is trying to promote something bright and kind. Besides flower petals, the artist also uses grass and branches.
