Kurt Wenner’s 3D Chalk Drawings

December 30, 2012 | in Art

You cannot call Kurt Wenner the founder of street anamorphic art. But, you can definitely say that thanks to this artist 3D chalk drawings on the streets have become very popular.

Kurt first tried to draw on request at the age of 16. For a long time he was working as an artist for NASA, creating conceptual drawings. Thirty years ago Kurt decided to radically change his life. He sold all his property and moved to Europe. There he studied sculpture and architecture. After that he got his first orders in architecture. Now, Kurt is considered a guru of anamorphic chalk drawings.
