This Japanese photographer knows a lot about landscape photography. Kent Shiraishi’s world is the endless expanses of his native island country, with all its magic and stunning landscapes that have come out of a fairy tale.
Kent Shiraishi lives and works in a small Japanese village of Biey, in the heart of the Hokkaido Island. Such a distance from the big cities, does not hinder Kent to be a famous photographer. Last year he took second place in the National Geographic Photo Contest. His photographs are used by such a company as Apple. Kent himself is managing a small hotel, and in his spare time, teaches photography.
