In Budapest, in an abandoned building was created a very unusual project of a bistro, designed in the spirit of Chinese catering establishments of New York of the thirties of the last century.
At the time, there were a lot of such bistros. Especially in Chinatowns. Former pubs or warehouses were hastily transformed into cozy catering establishments. The Spíler Shanghai project was created out of nothing. The most part of the materials was found on flea markets, and the aesthetics were brought by local designers.
