Stunning Close-Up Photos of Snowflakes by Alexey Kljatov

November 24, 2013 | in Photography

Russian photographer Alexey Kljatov uses homemade equipment for capturing stunning close-up snowflake photos.

Alexey makes his photos mostly on his balcony. His equipment is composed of a Canon A650 camera, a Helios 44M-5 lens from an old Zenit camera, a little duct tape, a piece of glass and a wooden bar. He gets really fascinating photographs. Helps the fact that there are no two identical snowflakes.
