Dillon Marsh created two series of unusual memorable pictures taken in South Africa. The series are original due to their backstory, and the images themselves.
Traveling around the world was a revelation for the photographer. In order to communicate better his experience, Ed McGowan uses different equipment and shooting techniques. Ed McGowan, in fact, is not a professional photographer. He is the director of a design studio in California, PlainJoe Studios. For 365 days, that’s how long this project lasted, the photographer did not traveled in all countries. But, however, starting with California resorts, and finishing with the upper course of the Yellow River, the author tried to show in each picture something new, whether it’s a portrait or a landscape, or even a tilt-shift shot from the roof of a skyscraper.
