The Serpentine Sackler Gallery by Zaha Hadid Architects

Zaha Hadid Architects redesigned a magazine from the period of Napoleonic wars into an art gallery. The building of a former powder magazine from 1805 is located in the London’s Kensington Park, not far from the Serpentine Gallery.

As part of the expansion of exhibition space Serpentine Gallery engaged in a reconstruction of the warehouse. The renovated building was called Serpentine Sackler Gallery.
