This project is unique not only for its design, but also for the fact that it’s located on a secluded private island with a total area of 1,200 square meters. Not far from the island are the suburbs of Amsterdam.

The SODAE house was designed and built by a Dutch architectural company VMX Architects. The total area of the construction is 500 square meters. The cost of the project is one million euros. According to the developers, they used ideas of the modern buildings; they were especially impressed by the Schiphol Airport and the Rembrandt Tower. The kitchen and the living room were made in the style a loft. On the ground floor, there are the bedrooms and bathrooms, and in the basement, there is a fitness room and a home theater.
