Toys Inspired by Child’s Drawings

November 10, 2012 | in Design

It all started from the fact that an unemployed mother decided not to allow her child to bring to school his favorite toy, afraid that he would lose it. So she proposed him to draw a toy himself, and then they would make a stuffed copy of his drawing.

Mother’s name is Wendy Tsao, and her son’s, Danny. Then Wendy was an unemployed architect, and now she is the owner of a successful handmade business. The Canadian name is known not only in her native country but also around the world, thanks to the World Wide Web. Parents wait in line to order toys from the drawings of their children. The cost range for making one such toy is between $250 and $400. And it does not repel potential customers. Here are some works of Wendy.
