Valley House: Contemporary Asymmetrical Wooden House

May 7, 2015 | in Architecture

Ukrainian architect and designer Kostiantyn Kuvika of Plan Bureau developed an original two-story wooden house inspired from the natural asymmetry of the mountain landscapes of his native country.

The house imitates a mountain landscape, so it will easily fit into any environment that has hills or mountains. The diagonals in the structure give the building an additional sense of airiness and lightness. At the same time, the wood used in the construction creates a feeling of warmth and comfort, even from outside.
