Vertical Horizon of Hong Kong by Romain Jacquet-Lagreze

May 3, 2013 | in Photography

French photographer and graphic artist Romain Jacquet-Lagreze got interested in photography during his short stays in Los Angeles and Tokyo. The visit in Hong Kong inspired him most of all.

This is how was born his first series of photographs entitled Vertical Horizon of Hong Kong. Then there were other cities of East Asia. Romain Jacquet-Lagreze already visited some of the biggest megacities of China, but the most impressive one was Hong Kong with its unique geometry of urban environment. These skyscrapers were photographed many times before, but Romain found his own, unique way of doing this.
